These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TriRev, an automated code review GitHub App provided by AI Corp ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using TriRev, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
TriRev is a GitHub App that provides automated code review using AI agents. It analyzes pull request diffs and posts review comments covering correctness, security, and style concerns.
2. Eligibility
You must have a GitHub account and the authority to install GitHub Apps on the repositories or organizations you connect to TriRev. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use TriRev to process code that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse the service infrastructure
- Use automated means to generate excessive webhook volume beyond normal development use
- Resell or sublicense access to the TriRev service
4. Billing and Quotas
TriRev is distributed via GitHub Marketplace. Free tier accounts are limited to 10 pull request reviews per month. Paid plans are subject to the pricing listed on the GitHub Marketplace listing. GitHub processes all billing; we do not store payment information.
5. Intellectual Property
TriRev does not claim ownership of your code. You retain all rights to your source code and pull request content. The automated review comments generated by TriRev are provided as-is; you are responsible for evaluating and acting on any suggestions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TriRev is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, that AI-generated reviews will be accurate or complete, or that the service will be available at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TriRev, including but not limited to bugs introduced into code based on AI review suggestions.
8. Termination
You may stop using TriRev at any time by uninstalling it from your GitHub account or organization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the GitHub Marketplace listing or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of TriRev after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
